Return Policy
Our candles are meticulously hand poured in small batches to ensure the utmost quality. Due to the characteristics of soy wax, there might be slight variations in color, scent, and appearance. We do not provide refunds or exchanges, so we kindly request that you make your product choices carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged Product
Regrettably, as our candles are fragile, there is a possibility of damage during shipping and handling. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us at info@allureca.ca, and we will gladly arrange a refund or replacement for you. There will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Incorrect Product
In the event that you receive an incorrect product from us, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and provide some photos of the item. Please be aware that all incorrect items must be returned to our studio in their original condition in order to receive a refund or replacement. No extra shipping fees will be applied.

Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
